Originally formulated with children’s hair in mind, its rich but workable texture has also made it suitable for adults who prefer a traditional butter-and-oil approach to sealing and styling.
Sunflower and olive oils form the base, followed by shea and cocoa butters, mandarin peel oil, candelilla wax, mango and marshmallow. Unlike a water-based cream, this concentrated balm is particularly useful as the final moisture-sealing step: a small amount smooths over the hair to reduce the feeling of dryness, add lustre and give braids, twists and other styles a softer, more polished finish.
