Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges at this time. If your order contains incorrect or defective products, please see "Defective or Incorrect Items" section.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective of incorrect item, please take a picture to show the incorrect item or product defect and send this along with an email explaining the extent of the damage to email@example.com and we will advise on next steps.
- If your order detail is incorrect upon order confirmation, please contact us immediately to amend your order.
- Please note unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed. Please contact us if you require us to cancel your order, provided we have not processed or dispatched your order, we will do our best to cancel your order for you.
